Strong Network Data and Voice Projects background working both independently and within a projects team. Able to oversee a project from start through to completion, successfully delivering full lifecycle implementations ensuring the end customers’ requirements and expectations are met to a high standard.
Able to implement and deliver tailored projects specific to the needs and requirements of the end client. Highly motivated with excellent communication and organisation skills. Proven track record of preparing and executing small to medium project plans and programmes, ensuring work is carried out in accordance with legal and company policy and procedures and that client satisfaction is accomplished. Throughout the Project lifecycle I ensure that best practice is followed and change and quality control is adhered to, to deliver a successful project to the end client. Whilst following the project path.
I find it very easy to communicate with new people, and feel I work best in groups or teams helping each other to produce a high standard of work within the allocated time however I also work very well independently.
I like to ensure I am working to my full potential and learn a lot off people that I work with, however I also feel it is just as important to share your own knowledge with the company and colleagues you work with.
I have extensively increased my general knowledge of IT, undertaking a MiVoice Mitel qualification as well as Advanced IPv6 and Microsoft 410 and 411 exam certifications. I am currently on track to attaining Microsoft MCSA status and wish to accomplish PRINCE2 and Cisco CCNA qualifications.
